​Site Terms and Conditions

  1. Upon arrival you and your guests will be guided by signs telling you where to park and where to walk to be greeted, you or your party are not permitted to roam the clearly out of bound areas. 

  2. Note that some areas of the site are not flat surface so watch out for potholes. 

  3. Children remain the responsibility of their Guardians at all times. 

  4. You must ensure that you and your group wear suitable footwear, to include trainers, wellies, or boots. (You may wish to bring a change of footwear). The site is only suitable for visitors with a good level of mobility. 

  5. Management reserve the right to refuse access at any time and we operate a zero tolerance approach to violence and aggression.

  6. Refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the visit.  Please notify a member of staff of any allergen concerns upon arrival. 

  7. There are a number of potential hazards on site you must be aware of which include: Open water, Derelict buildings, Farm animals and equipment. Therefore, we ask that you supervise any children at all times, do not enter any paddocks. 

  8. Your vehicle and personal belongings are left at your own risk.

Crazy Carriage Terms and Conditions

  1. You or your child are not permitted to use the indoor play if you are/have:

    1. History of back/neck problems

    2. Heart conditions

    3. Feeling unwell

    4. Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    5. Pregnant

  2. The supervisor has the right to refuse entry to any persons for any reason.

  3. The play must not be operated without a supervisor present.

  4. Children must adhere to the height restrictions (5’2” Max).

  5. No food or drink permitted in the play area.

  6. All partisipants must remove their shoes and wear socks.

  7. Please report any accidents/incidents to the supervisor on duty.

  8. Please report any spills in the area.

  9. The farm is not responsible for any loss of personal items.

  10. Children are not to be left unattended.

  11. Children remain the responsibility of their guardian at all times.
