At The Shire Horse Centre, we want every guest to enjoy their experience with us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for tickets, bookings, or other purchases made through our website or in person.
1. Tickets and Bookings
a. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit or event may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your visit where possible.
b. No-Shows

Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
c. Cancellations by The Shire Horse Centre

In the rare event we need to cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative booking date.
2. Gift Shop and Online Purchases
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our gift shop or online store:

You may return it within 14 days of purchase in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Special Events and Group Bookings
Separate refund terms may apply to private events, parties, or group bookings. These will be clearly outlined during the booking process. Please contact us directly for details.

5. Exceptions

Personalized items, digital downloads, and certain promotional offers may be non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for weather-related cancellations unless The Shire Horse Centre officially cancels the event.
